Timelimit donation boots removal.

No offense, but making donation boots refillable is probably the worste idea since the training system.

Please keep in mind that we actually donate real cash for such items.

My suggestion, remove it again!!!

I can nothing but agree with my fellow Witzner. This is the worse idea ever! If you're going to set a time limit, make it last for 10 hours or something like that, not just 1 hour(?!?!?!?!) Haha what a joke, really.

MS's can actually still do almost the same as before the change, just using the word vis instead of flam. The time limit is a bit lousy, just make it same time limit as soft boots or something.

At first we reported the +90% fire damage as bug since it wasnt on donate boots, he used a diff sprite for them donate boots now. He probably didnt notice that they actually run out now, I guess this will be changed back later.
