I have also tried asking him for the updated script but got no answer, so I've asked AI to fix OP's code.

Here it is in case anyone else is looking for a working version with Canary current map.

A few notes:
  • IDs have been updated up to current 15.30 version.
  • The script attached only converts ClientIDs to ServerIDs, to convert from ServerIDs to ClientIDs simply revert the IDs list in function convertId inside the script.
