transferrable accounts?

is it possible to transfer accounts from one ip to another? my hoster seems to be having problems with his computer and we arent able to figure out how to transfer everyones accounts so that i can host the server. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If you are using SQL go to your phpMyAdmin and select the table from "accounts" and then at the top of the page click on EXPORT -> Continue.

Then in the phpMyAdmin of the other computer use at the top of page SQL, paste everything from the EXPORT and Continue
