[USA] [CUSTOM] Souls of Elysium - RPG
will be there some fixes to the client or performance? every time i start the client my computer acts like there's a hidden bitcoin miner inside of the client. it overheats and gets winded up real quick, only's this way with this specific ot

Im trying to play, but I can't open the .exe of the client on my MacBook(Im using windows 11 with parallels)

By default the first client release scales your framerate to "no limit" which has caused that dramatic increase in cpu usage. We have resolved this in the next client release. You can simply dial that back in the client options manually for now.

We will run the beta for a little while as we are receiving really good reports from our test pool. After we feel the content has got a good clean run through by a few folks we will discuss a time for beta to end so that we may fix the remaining reported bugs and continue some of the planned content additions as well. TLDR; no firm date just feeling the waters here and seeing when it might be feasible.
Everyone else, we appreciate your support and beta is going really well! If you have not already come give us a try! All beta testers will receive some unique non game impacting compensation on the live server for their help so your time is not wasted!

The FPS issue has been addressed in the next client update, simply need to manually limit your own framerate in the settings currently as the default is set to max. Sorry.
Few days left and our testers are still having a blast! Come see what we have to offer this weekend!

Today we have concluded the open beta period and have transitioned to a closed testing phase until the game is ready for full release. You can still play! Details regarding accessing the closed beta can be seen in our discord announcements.
A very big thanks to all of our testers for their help in finding issues and giving feedback on our game this past month! Without you progress would move at a much slower rate so we are eternally grateful for your time and efforts!
We will shoot for a full scale launch coming sometime this October -- stay tuned!

LIVE BETA STARTED 7/5/22 - COME JOIN US!!
We are a heavily developed RPG focused adventure that seeks to bring back the gameplay experience of fan favorite version 7.4 Tibia but with expanded development & lots of completely new content. In addition to the PVP mechanics players adored we also brought in elements from other beloved games such as Diablo, PoE, and Skyrim. We will have updates to old areas, completely new additions, classic monsters & new custom creations. Many world bosses and raids to fend off, mysterious original quests to figure out & rewards to gain. Here's a small glimpse of what we have to offer:
Unique dungeon module with scaling bosses/rewards by difficulty
Diablo style "cursed chest" inspired event
Ancient shrines to find around the map with brief bonuses on activation
Upgradable equipment and attribute crafting giving much more flexibility to character building
Item tooltip with mouse over graphical user interface
‘Demonic’ monster system.. Now this feature we are really proud. Most every creature has the potential to spawn a boss-type mob at random interval bringing greater risks and rewards to every spawn. Those boss types have stronger capabilities, newly created look types, and well they keep you on your toes no matter where you decide to level up! High risk, high reward with boosted experience and loot drops.
Mining / Crafting skills additions with other ideas in the works
Multiple ever expanding storylines and side quests ensuring there is always something to do!
All of this is but a brief overview and in truth we continue so much more than what i've listed here! Come join us and fall in love with the project so many have already! You'll never play another server like it!
