wat xampp should i use?

with windows 2008 web edition
i wonder what xampp version i should use
1.6.6 didnt work

Install php5 apache mysql individually.

You should use the latest XAMPP which is much more secure etc.

i tried latest one but when i try to import database it says "Import has been successfully finished, 0 queries executed."

so it doesnt import anytihng altho the database is working on my other pc
but not on my dedicated
i use serverloft
