Web site problem adding new subtopics.

Yap noob question... I always use to do it all on the way I am doing now but it isn't working for me. I am using the aac maker of Gesior, Tibia one. And I add the topic how I use to do before and redirect it to Example, Videos.
and it doesn't show me up the topic video... Any tutorial? on how to edit those topics please?

my question is addind a topic or subtopic... its not working I've try in a lot of way was just asking to get a tutorial or something. I am using gesior aac maker.
