Windows Xampp..?

hello - I have had some bugs with Xampp...

I had xampp on and when after like 1-2h I closed it and was going to check tibia.com and some other website... and I founded out that I could not connect to these websites, what should I do?

I can't connect them or anything, just some websites are avaiable for me...
as hotmail.com - otland.net - etc :/

And when I go to e.g. tibia.com, I come into tfscms (I have it on htdocs etc.) :/

even I closed it...

You messed up your hosts file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) or you are with serious dns problems.
