Hiya. Im player on Shadowcores since few months yet. Most of the time i have been playing RP. At this moment im level 277. I have also 137rp in real tibia and used to play it few years.

Whole time playing i have problem with mages. They are everywhere - even low lv ones. You can be 150rp with more time of skilling than mage 80 which comes and just steal most of the exp. Tell me it aint hilarious. SD which isnt even best hit of mage did more dmg than higher lv Rp. I agree that sometimes i make more damage. But even at 277lv my average damage is maybe around 400 because i hit 0-800~ only weapon. 100-150 sder have higher average dmg. I agree that it requires more cash but still.

Thats kind of joke not balance when first 12h of offline training gives:

Knight - 75 attack skill
Paladin - 75 attacking skill~~
Sder - 75 magic level

You might know this all but think 'if we decrease mlv rate or make sd hits half less then lots of ppl will quit' thats probably right cause most ppl pick mage cus its fastest exp. Big risk of death without utamo but can make it back fast if has cash.

My point is: Raise paladin hits. Magic and distance. Because even knight has spells that can hit ppl rly hard. While knight is less magician vocation. My best spell pvp doesnt reach 200dmg while my 150 ek did it easily. Thats why almost noone is scarred of rp. Also hlv rp should be self protected tank. While i with best mlv heal like a 130ek wit pot. My hits dont scare ppl, my healing dont make them give up. Both of those should work if vocations were balanced.

Even few ppl who play rp on rl now say that on lower lv they do higher hits in real tibia than here. Im 277 and im just like when i was 150... But more hp.
 
I agree with this totally. I think that we should improve this unbalance between the vocations by lowering the damage done and lower all the other vocations general power a bit. Instead of increasing the paladins damage done.
I'm sure that you would agree with me, as long as all the vocations could be balanced to the same level.

Ye man. That would be best(but honestly paladin dont make none damage bigger than in real - nothing to lower). But the problem is. If they lower sd damage then probably alot nubs will leave this server because they suck, so no way to be dickhead.

I would say it needs more than just a litte. Like mages are little overpowered - yeah sure. LITTLE. That would be some kind of joke. After few offline trainings mage get 100mlv. Then at 12lv(when get strike spell) he hit around 200 every hit. For the price of 1/3 of mana he gets in this time... Thats none price. Then with other spells its just better.

Yesterday 278ms came to me. I hit him maybe 200-300 when every few secs he UED me like a mad. It all just prove that hosters dont like paladin vocation.
 
Totally agreed with u Premi.

EDIT: What I suggest is give less damage to MS/EDs instead of making bigger DMG for paladins.
 
guys 250+ ek can hit me 800+ with all stuff for skills utito tempo and gran ico isnt it funny :)? its just an ot balance vocation Rp :D plzzzzzz:D
 
I agree with Accuracy. I have 150RP on real tibia. On 120 level and 100 distance I couldn't hit like i hit on my RP on real Tibia. He has 99 Distance (10% to 100), Every noob mage with noob mlvl can hit better than me. So even If I have 155 level now, 80 ED/MS get more experience. He attacks my monsters because he can deal better dmg.. It's unfair.

Mages' magic level rate is too high!
12 hours of training and it's already ml 82.
Ml 82 = 500 in each SD.

I don't want to compare Shadowcores with the Official Tibia Server because I guess it breaks the idea of an OT Server, but I can't ignore it's too higher if compared.

I hit 500 with my paladin level 140 skill 114 (with equips) on ShadowCores
Sd hits too much because of the high rate of magic level training.
This without putting the attack spells on this count.
so I believe yes, paladin needs to hit more and this magic rate (of all vocations) need to be lowered.
 
The thing aint rly about damage of sd. Its all fault of the speed with which magic of mages grows. But its too late to change it with any result. No way to decrease it. If you lower dmg of sd paladins which used it will feel it aswell (cus somewhy sd is strongest magic for pala now).

Someone laugh of comparing this to rl tibia. Mhm. Everywhere i go i see rl tibia. I see rl tibia vocations and i see hoster try to keep up with RL tibia quests. Not customised for how he likes it. Like 99% of this server is just following rl tibia. How can i not think that balance should be closer to tibia? You are just looking for reason to find problems in what other say so duck off if you have nothing helpful to say.
It's ots and i have noticed that SOME TIME AGO. But if ots has 4 vocations then they should be balanced i belive. If duck balance then make 1 voc and duck it. Thats possible... So why not. Duck balance? Duck vocations.

If someone didnt get what i wrote, change some D's to F.

Mages are stronger. Knights are stronger. Paladin is weaker. Why to lower all damage? Let paladin rock aswell. As the rest do.
 
I agree just increase the dmg of the RP and leave the mages like they are, cause I play both :d
 
Prem, I recommend u to put out a poll (or two) about agreement..

You could also ask if you prefer to add mroe damage to pallies or reduce the dmg of the other vocations.

40 PALADINS ONLINE

How come?, cuz they suck, fix them!
