Can´t loging to my server

Hello, i need help with this problem: i have been trying to make a ot server with otx and uniformserver, and no-ip, the thing is i can´t connect to my server.
I have been looking different stuff in the forum, but nothing works.
Could someone help me please?

show your port configuration in your router
you need to open 7171 and 7172 properly or you cannot connect
if you have done it correctly, use 127.0.0.1 or localhost to connect

So, i opened the ports as you tell me, both in UDP/TCP.
Something changed, i can log to the character list, but when i log in the character i doesn´t connect. It gives me the same error " connection refuseed (10061).

i think u need go to your config.lua and you need to pick your ip adress that u copy from www.whatsmyip.org to your ip adress and than should it work.
