Custom sprites / Transparency problem

Hello, i need somone to help me. I wanted to add custom sprites to Tibia 9.6 files, so i downloaded Object builder 0.3.4 (newest), Item Editor 0.4 (newest), and have newest RME'rs.. my problem is that when i put my sprites into tibia client, and start editing the items.otb im getting somtimes errors like ">> Failed to get image for client id 16145. Check the transparency option." I tried to complie in about all combinations and same things happening.
In steps what im doing.
Open Object Builder
Files>Open
Client Folder - OK
Extended - YES
Transparency - NO (because of clean files)
Adding some sprites, then
Compile As
Name: Tibia (default)
Output Folder - xxx
Version 9.60
Extended - YES (can't change)
Transparency -
if "no", and then "no" in ItemEditor preferences, some items(original) have messed sprites
if "no", and then "yes" in ItemEditor preferences, then every sprite is missing
if "yes", and then "no" in ItemEditor preferences, then every sprite is missing
if "yes", and then "yes" in ItemEditor preferences, some items(original) are messed sprites
