Where is the best places for the cheapest reasonable dedicated server to start out with, im gonna be hosting a real map server. just wondering what would be the best for starters as later on i will be upgrading it.

but take a dell computer like a 2 professors and like 4 gb for 10k my 2 costed like 13k each new and it can handel 200-400 players ;P
