error when importing .sql

Hi, I am trying to set this up with sql but I am getting this error that I dont understand anything from If you do then please tell me what it means or how to fix it I am using xampp and I get this from uploading forgottenserver.sql

You need the newest version of phpmyadmin. You can get it by googling and then following the instructions. However I know there are many posts about this subject in the Forum.

I already downloaded the latest version of phpmyadmin (v 2. 11. bla bla) but now when a run xampp and try to see http://localhost/phpmyadmin
it says that the access is denied and that a posible error could be
that I haven't made a "server config table..." something like that in scripts and can't get into the http
this happens only when I replace the old phpmyadmin in the xampp folder with the newest that I downloaded... please try to help him and maybe me too
