[Framerate] Always at ~5

[Sharp]

On Peroxides computer (Exactly same as mine) he has a framerate of 50-60.

But my computer can only reach 5...(OpenGl)
When I swap to DirectX5 it only reaches 0.80-3
Anyone know how to fix?:$

Can't you use DirectX9?
