btw, free runing is part of parkour, its not a separate categorie, free runing is a form of parkour

But its a version of parkour that needs more training.
Difference:
Parkour: As Fast As Possible From A To B
Freerunning: As Elegant As Possible From A To B
At both you try to go in a straight line (A To B)

yea i had train freerun but and i like it i dont care that i fail or somthing because is good but i stop do it because i dont have time i start doing beats and like that stuff
