Well i maptracked rook on 8.21 real tibia And here it is.
I remind, the map may contain some bugs, but dont report them here, Just fix them by urself

Update:

Now the map is 8.31 and has been made with rl coordinates, also many map bugs have been fixed.

That's because its not offical mapeditor, you need to wait until remere updates his mapeditor " will take about 1 week",
And you shouldnt write ur problems here, as you see its download section and not support.

Thats because of ur mapeditor, download at best the Remeres Mapeditor for 8.21.
