HELP PLEASE i cant set up a password for my database

yo i cant set up a pasword on my database everytime i open the security site it says this site can not be opened and when ever i open my ot there is this guy who keeps entering as a gm... he has access to my db so please help me

I dont quite understand the problem..
If the problem is what I think it is then just make a new database
(Reinstall Xampp) and change your password, and it will work :>

dont use xampp its not a nice program to use, read tutorials, one of Znote, he made a good one, he explains everything perfect.

Well if you cant use Xampp sure, but dont go saying that its not good software just becouse you lack the knowledge to use it properly!
