Help with dark

Hello Otland people, I have a problem, I hope you can solve it. I'm working on a map, and sometimes I log on to view the map In Game.

What I like to do is, as in this image of Limos,

Screen by Limos
when use utevo lux or when I open a torch, I want only one small round of light
But when I'm in a cave or outside at night, when I use the torch or utevo lux lights everything.

How I can modify the light of the game?

LOL, funny you used my picture XD

But you have to go to options, graphics, advanced and then set ambient light. And don't forget this is different for god chars, so you have to use a normal player for it or place a torch on the ground somewhere.
Btw, this light effect is made with a frozen starlight
