Help with opening my server!!

Everytime I try to open my server a message like this comes up.

"Windows cannot access the specifed device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."

Does anyone know what would cause this and how I could fix this problem thanks in advance.

Test different distributions to see if they're causing any problems. Also, check so you have permission, as it says clearly it can't access the device.
