how can i make a redirect button on my site?

well as the title says...i really need to know how to make a button that when a person clicks on it it redirects him to another location..just like at library u can click on the spells button and u see all the spells... :S plz help me..(oye maybe i dont know if its needed but im using gesior acc maker).
