How to use SQL Server Manager?

Good morning, I recently purchased a private server, and there I have a program to run the databases.
"SQL Server Manager 2005"
You can run the database with this program?.
If so how?.

Thanks for your relpy, but now i have this problem, when I try to run .s3bd I have this msg
"There is no editor for C:\..
Make sure the application for the file type (.s3db) is installed."

What i should do ?
