Lagging at tibia, but not at any other, 3d games.

I just got a great computer, which can play the most 3d games, rly good game computer (windows 7. 64 bit)

BUT not tibia(I prefer 7.6) It just lags.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me, if it's something I'll have to change with the config.. Or anything, I dont know. Anyway thanks.

goto options graphics/advanced and then use open gl and adjust framerate limit to 30,

usually x64 windows's make tibia client run faster than x32, at least in my case

Cip has made some big changes in their client (or so they say) since 7.6 regarding newer graphics cards and graphics modules or whatever. It may be the client itself, for this, I have no solution, sorry.

Tibia 7.6 uses directx5 so in a nutshell you're sol.

dx5 on windows over 9x lags as hell, but even dx9 and ogl works better on win 9x (I remember having smooth gameplay with 32mb graphic card and hard lags on current, quite good, pc xD)

But why would you install it? Old Tibia versions don't support DX9 :/
