New players loosing skill when relogging

Hello, When a new character is created, that character looses its skills if it relogs..Yesterday everything worked fine :S Only the new characters got this problem, older ones still save..

Anyone else got this problem? and how can i fix it?

I'm using TFS 0.2.1 / Xampp version 1.7.1 / phpMyAdmin version 3.2.0 .

If thats what i have to do yep.. Just thougt i ask before, alot of accounts in that database..
