In paypal do you need to have a kredit card or just a visa card?

I trid my visa electron card from nordea in sweden but it says it wont work and that im closed form my bank or something whats wrong? am i doing something wrong?

Paypal doesn't support Electron.

They support MasterCard, Visa, BANK transfers(??) and some other thing.
