Request Account Manager for 7.6

Hello,
I'm currently working on 7.6 distro and especially on YurOts_094f.

But It doesn't exist any account manager, I tried to do what document file told me to but it didn't work. Can anyone help me please?

I havent seen any 7.6 distro working with a database if Im not wrong.

The Account Makers works with databases (mysql or sqlite).

I logged many times on 7.6 servers with account managers, so I don't think it doesnt exist.
