Hi I am looking for an npc like Shanti from 7.5 - 8.0 OT.

Here is what it does....

You say "hello Broadcast".

He says "Hello would you like to broadcast a message for 10k?".

You say "Yes".

He says your message as a global broadcast [RED COLOR]


Please help me...

I have been looking for months and Im not satisfied with my server until i have this npc ><
