Where do peole find all these thousands of .rec tiles from 7.4? Thats the only part i dont understand but im speculating they come from webarchive and if so which website?

Theres one pack on tibiabr and another pack by a Youtube channel. They're different but neither of them complete the map although they do fill big parts of the map.

Btw, i would not call it reverse engineering or @Codinablack will get angry. No but all jokes aside I truly do wish your project the best and its not easy to move over functionality from cip to tfs if that is what you've done. Ive basically had it done on my 7.7 server so I can confirm its a hassle..

That's not accurate at all. Some experienced players do care about accurate maps. There are certain daily spawns that are worth replicating due to profit or rarity, such as the war hammer in PoH or the blue rose in AB, just to name a few.

Anyway, even if you have all the recs from 7.4 to get the full map, you will never have the moveable items, fields, or splashes that the initial map should have in an accurate way. The only workaround you can do is to import them from the real sector files from the leaked tarball, and that's manual work anyway, since there are large areas you must skip, such as Port Hope and other areas that changed over time. And even so, it's a 7.7 leaked map, not 7.4 — you have no way to know 100% if something such as a pool, corpse, container content or anything else changed from 7.4 to 7.7, because the 7.4 sector files were never leaked.

You also laughed at another comment of mine because I pointed out that some bush was missing on this map. Yeah, it's laughable somehow, it's not like anyone is going to miss a bush on the map lol i get it, but it reflects more than just a missing detail. It calls into question the credibility of the project, claiming to have an identical 7.4 map when it's clearly not the case and it's definitely a red flag for anyone considering investing serious time into an OT if such details aren't corrected.

Yea I got those among some others but I was wondering if there was more somewhere else
