Compiling Server Start up error

it loads the chairacter list i select a player then i click ok and i get [b][color=blue]error conection timed out 10060[/b][/color]

if u use a custom map,
the player got the wrong position/Start position which can be configured in config.lua

if not, open ports

no the ports are open
it doesn't say the temple is wrong i run mysql server with xampp

ok i can conect on my laptop but i cant conect on my desk top

i have all ports open i have from 7172-7174 open it worked fine before
