Windows Server with rauter

I ahve an Forgotten server 0.2 with database and all that shit
But i have heard from my friend that it's hard to Host a server with Rauter. Is it any tool you will need? can some 1 post or link me to some information about this, i really want to host but it can't take too much effort...

Port 80 is just for a website, if you don't use an AAC you don't need to open up port 80. Also, the 3306 port doesn't need to be opened either, if you don't want to use a MySQL editor from a remote computer. If so, it's better to use PHPmyadmin, and open up port 80.
