trainser - why no? half people of server will be there
boat for free - noobchars everywhere, maybe its good for early game
guild wars - for nice wars without ban (for frags)

I see what you mean about the trainers but its maximum 2h per day. Since ive noticed on high rates that everyone is mage, since knight or paladins cant train skill since they getting killed or no partner.

Good to see realera back, much better server than originaltibia and basically one of my favourite servers!
My opinion:
-trainers-no, back in the days Tibia was hard game, don't make silly upgrades like Cipsoft done,
-boats-no, since people will jump from city to city,
-guild war-100% yes.
I want to know about travelling, it was possible to travel by saying 'please bring me to xxx' here? Also check if it's possible running like 300 lvl by clicking use on ground, it always destroy pvp.

No, I think you should still keep the feeling of it being back in the day, if you're worried about knights and paladins give them a little boost in damage or do what realots done and give knights a exura gran spell

Boat rides for free?
I would say yes to this as I think boat fees are just an inconvenience

Guild War system?
I would also say no to this I use to like the feeling of tibias skull system back in the day, I think it would spoil the feeling of the game
