You can't jump down from exp rate "100" to "60" add more lvls and go down with ~5~

lvl 20 - 63 = 477x
lvl 63 - 64 = 645x
lvl 64 - 79 = 3x
lvl 79 - 100 = 2000x (BONUS STAGE)
lvl 100 - 120 = 5x
lvl 120 - 350 = 300x
lvl 350+ = 2x (so ppls dont get too high lvl yano)
