A friend give us a Server [8 Gm Ram,System we can choose]

Now the Problem is I dont know how i create it, i have the files, and if i find someone we can do the ot of the server.
And i search someone who can do this.
This People get a Gm Acc + 2 Month's -> 10% of the Donating.
We do the Server like Eloth, but a lot bether.
