Alternative #1
Code: 
Level 1  - 20   = 10x.
Level 21 - 35   = 8x.
Level 36 - 50   = 5x.
Level 51 - 70   = 4x.
Level 71 - 100  = 3x.
Level 100+      = 2x.

Alternative #2
Code: 
Level 1  - 20  = 10x
Level 21 - 30  = 8x
Level 31 - 40  = 5x
Level 41 - 55  = 3x
Level 56+      = 2x

Im sure @HalfAway is gonna make this a very good OT and I'd suggest you to go for the alternative 1 for the exp rates.. Alternative 2 will be way to time consuming and will get boring very quickly :)
