For fuck sake make a "sister" server or what the fuck uw anna called it hosted in EU -.-'' how hard can it be, its not so fkin expensive either. There are some mods providing free host services as far as I remember so? X_x

There is a lot of reasons why I would probably never do this. Some of them include; a good amount of my players are European and if I made a European server they would all flock there and it could ruin DeathZot's economy as a whole. Secondly, I don't know anyone who speaks Swedish who could even deal with people who can't speak English, so there wouldn't be much in-game administration over there. Also, there is no such thing as 'free-hosting' and I'd never give out the server files to someone doing a 'free hosting service 50/50 donations' because the only other person I trust with the server files doesn't wan't anything to do with the server, unfortunately.

HOWEVER, I'm getting a new dedicated host somewhere between today and Tuesday, the new server location will be in Philadelphia Pennsylvania which is a lot closer to Europe then where it is currently at. It should lower your ping by 100~ or so, so we'll see how it goes from there.
