It should be easier to start, that way you'll get more players. 100x for the first 30 or 40 levels or so, that will get guys jumping in their seats hoping they can start waring by the end of the day. Mana ticks ought to be higher, boats should be free and loot rate higher. People want war, not struggling to get by!

You had 7 People on the first 20 min of the server being up.
After they saw how ... uh bad it was?
