Barbarian and warrior are IN or AROUND carlin.
Lugri for skullface/shoulder is in the bh hole.
The one for asn addon is on a mountain on the way for necro in dara.

Almost as they do have in real tibia, just maybe one of the npcs can give you 2 addons 
like hanna in thais gives the backpack and hat for citizen
