Why is my server not saving

i just installed the xampp and set it up and switched to mysql
using Crying damson as the server

how come every time my players log there character have to restart
it keep saying there is an error saving
whille all this works perfectly with sqlite

He means that he gets an error msg everytime a character logout and it will not save

That's because there's something wrong with the database try remaking it
