You need to add the talkactions scripts from Znote AAC LUA folder to your otserver.

Delayed due to christmas and new year with family.

I am having some issues getting good queries for TFS 0.3, I really hate that db structure.

I really do not know nothing about these stuffs ;/
If I use xampp, should I put it in c:/xampp/??? or in my actuall server (where config, forgotten.exe and stuffs like that are)

(Get rid of xampp, and start using uniform server)

Some files (like znote shop) you need to copy from the LUA folder. The script varies a little bit depending on your distro version.

Did you checked if the ipn file have the paypal ip?
