A server close to ares was being DDOsed. So it caused are server to have connection problems. We have filed a ticket and everything is fixed and back to normal. Sorry for the inconveinance.

hotkeys were enabled due to botters, it could be unbalanced if some needed to aim them selfs and others used bot to aim
