adding a quest

I'm doing a real map 8.6 project and I wanted to add quests, poi, inq, but I don't know how to go about it too much if you could explain to me how it should look like?
because I don't know what and how.

But if we should discuss something: Why go on such a big Project if you dont know anything about the "Behind the scenes of Open Tibia"?
Start with tutorials, maybe start making a small Town in mapeditor, make a story line. Let your imagination flow, and with these ideas you have you could find tutorials that show you how to do it.
