i downloads all files and everything but when i start it it says something about that it cant run on win32 wich is wierd cuz my mystic spirit works perfect

So, Elf and Dev Team werent working, cuz they were in vacations?. If so when they end it, it's like 7 months of no new release lol unbelieveable. But it's okay, they deserve it.

TFS is not the only team that can realise this, i live in Brazil 3° world and i am running my ot in version 8.6 with potions system, rune system 8.6 map with all items 100% estable.

IS THIS ANOTHER CASE, EXPLAIN:
Add new developments in TFS 0.3.6 (Crying Damson) pl1
and found some errors which have hindered me from my otserver update
and in this case I can not open my otserver.
The errors are:
1 º When greeting to my npc telling "Hello, my npc works perfectly, then I say" Trade "and also correctly grabs me trade, but if I try to buy any item it sells, he do not sell them without saying that I do not I have money to buy the object, and indeed if I have.
2 When I try to submit a ladder type light brown, I'm unable to climb over. (Sorry for not telling the ID but unfortunately I have a server here)

MAY HELP ME PLEASE
with this problem that has me very worried and need and
an answer to my query with Urgency.
