Account Database Issue

I have sat several servers up, and in doing so, I never have ran in to this problem. When I go to MySQL, and go to the accounts or the players table, there is only one account to show. That is the account manager. I have created 3 separate players so far, but none of those show! I need to make myself an admin. What is the problem?

Yeah, I am running Apache and MySQL just like I always have. Imported the file specifically from the schemas folder, called MySQL.sql And it is also a server distro from here, Crying Damson TFS 0.3.6 (8.60) V8.2

I went and downgraded to XAMPP 1.7.3 and everything straightened out.
