Annoying people

Omg, is there something we players could do with annoying people? There have been like 20 brs I've seen spamming chat channel and no gm online. Also, then i have had a guy (Zefio) follow me everywhere repeating everything I or someone said. It is annoying to have people like this. Soulie do something about this.

Put signs where to hunt and where you can find people who sell spells. And make druid's and sorcerer's start with wand and rod.

I would suggest placing signs to guide them to knight/paladin/druid/sorcerer guild.
