Solved Can I go on the phpmyadmin page of my hoster and how?

Well so the title describes the problem I guess I want to login on my hoster's phpmyadmin page, with the password. Is this possible and how? Because I want to be able to edit player/accounts and other information there.

It isn't my computer. But when I try
http://[I]replace this part with server-ip[/I]/phpmyadmin I get an error message: Forbidden!

How do I get past that?
