Dastan's Mapping

Ive started mapping without thinking what im going to make, all i wanted to make is something creative but it didnt work out that well... lol

Could someone give me an idea about what to make or does anyone wanna have custom sprites? ^^

Btw this is one of hestens awesome pieces, and under the screen are the 2 sprites that ive made for it, promised him to make also a totally custom scarecrow but havent finished it yet so im posting what ive got ^^
What do you think, will it look badass when its finished? :D

So ive made a small mapping piece with a background story.

Avendale:
Avendale, a peacefull and beautifull little town far away from the big tibian metropoles, some people used to say that this was the most beautifull of all the towns in our world until *the corruption* entered our realm trough the gate that was hidden deap beneath Mt. Eden... from there on everything changed.



Here this is how it looked like before *the corruption* hit it.

And il post another screen of how it looked after the corrution hit and ul see some new custom sprites than :3

Btw i wont spoil what *the corruption* exactly is :D
And i wish that i cud make ingame screens :(

Yeah... why has every pic got to be spammed with unique details and all the other shizz?
All i wanted to make here is a clean, peacefull looking place with a few nice details (Like the destroyed wall [Cracks under the wooden planks at the window if u look closely] or the chopped down tree to the southeast with the axe next to it and the big stone covered in thick vines to the north.)

There are enough details, what else should i add? lol


Even if its nothing special, all i wanted to know if it looks good or not.
I think i made enough *special*maps :o


But thanks for your comment luffy, your the only one that commented so i guess that the others dont like it... hmm i shud start to make the corrupted area than i guess :s



Edit: And wardawg are you sure that you just dont like it because of what i said in the multimedia section?
And id like to know what you didnt like there so i can make it better in the future ^_^
