means that the spells are named wrongly therefore change them to what they are in the spells.xml in the original forgotten server file.

thats in the items.xml i sugest updating your items.xml file to the latest forgotten servers one and editing your custom items into that.
I also sugest using the forgotten servers commands rather then evolutions as they wont work... just change the access level (group="3" acctype="0" />) that stuff

those are functions for spells that arent in the forgotten server or your spell file, or are not compadable... all these errors take a bit of time to fix but the forgotten server is worth it as its the best server to use out there. =)
