Gamemaster question

I have seen many Gamemaster's/GoD's that talks polish,swedish,finish,russian etc. But when i speak with them they just don't answer.
And i speak english with them ofc.. Seems like they can't english
Isen't GM's there for helping people? OR just helping them's friends, (giving them items,levels)?

Depend on what server you play ^^

Some people use it to help others and some don't use them at all. Its up to the owner.
