Help! All Players Ip Banned!

hi, for some reason all my players including me! are ip banned all of a sudden! i tried deleting the ban in localhost/phpmyadmin
as there wa sonly one but it didnt help can anyone help me?

0.2 Patch 6:
Files changed: The Forgotten Server.exe.
Fixed issue in patch: ip mask was saved as -1 which caused everyone to get ipbanned.
