Help Needed New PC Problem.

Hey,
So i bought myself a new Pc right, Everything was going great,
All my transfer program Worked likely,
But Once i tired going onto a tibia 7.4 or 7.6 server, Everything looks Blury, And I was wondering if anyone new how to fix this problem? people where telling me i need Directx 5
I tought my computer would have it, but if i run a Check, it doesn't seem to have any of those file names....
So please if you know anything, feel free to post

you could always try to make you pc resolution go down

i mean change it from 32 bits to 16 bits this change is always necessary in 64 bits op system.
