Well Im About To Give Up .. Ive Tried EVERYTHING .. I Wish The Soulution Would Come Quick .. I Worked So Long For My Server Not To Work .. All The Ports That Need To Open R Open .. Everything Runs Just Fine .. My Website Is All Set Up .. I Can Make Accounts On The Site And Log Into My Server .. But No1 Else Seems To Be Able To Connect To The Website .. I Really Need Help .. Ive Been All Over The Forums For Hours .. No Solution Yet ..

He is talking about the website the servers connection doesn't have anything to do with the accessibility of the site. Well not in this case at least.

Your ISP may block common ports such as '80'. So, I suggest you change what your xampp (if that's what you are using) listens off of to something like '8080'. This way you will access your site: http://localhost:8080/. Just remember to forward what ever port you change it to.

Checks if port 80 is open or not.
