Any explanation at all, he got banned 1 day after his first unban, this time it's permanent...
WHY? Why the hell do you ban one of the most wonderfull, beautifull, experienced, amazing, fantastic guys? WHY?!?!?!?

I dislike how this thread is written, but I know Chojrak, and he won't want to come back if he doesn't get his username back. And he's one of the nicest, most helpful, intelligent users on OTland currently, it's a shame that he gets deleted over what? An avatar?

If he can't behave then he isn't welcome here, if you like his attitude you might just as well go find another forum to chat with him on where you can share your offensive avatars, offend religions and act like you are 13 years old.

This, should be more than enough as an explanation. You can see him ignoring what Delirium tells him there, which is pretty much like asking for a permanent banishment.
